Girls, how do you deal with seeing your ex?

When you still love him despite all the bad things that he did to you, how do you deal with it? I saw my ex today at a work event and I tried to keep a smile on my face but all I could think about was the fun we used to have together and I miss him still. Its been 3 months since we've spoken at all. I talked to other people and stuff but on the inside I was hurting really bad. I was talking to another guy and he was so boring and all I could think about was how me and my ex was so good together. I tried reminding myself of all the bad things he did to me but I was still hurting a lot. It makes me wonder if I'll ever find someone to love like I love him but that will also be good to me. Usually I can avoid seeing him at work. The pain is still there though and seeing him just brought it up to the surface. I know I'm not over him and that it takes time but how do you deal with the hurt?Girls, how do you deal with seeing your ex?
it happenned me a few times. i had to be in a position to work with him, but i was not as good as him and he was higher positon than me and he was the one who had made serious mistakes, bad things during the relation.. so it is a ironic position and kinda comic positon, in my opinion. :) anyway...





it is normal that you feel in that way. f there is a better guy around you, then he will make you forget him. it sounds you havent met with that ';better'; guy yet, so you are stil thinking about him. that ex matter is difficult , because most of us cant really get over the pain but we only sweep it under the carpet, so the feelings rise on the surface again. i dont knwo if you can get over the feeling quickly, but i think you can at least minimize the pain inside you until you meet the guy who will love, will have fun together with you and who will behave as you really deserve. best wishes.Girls, how do you deal with seeing your ex?
It sounds as if you are still in love with him and that he was the love of your life. The question is can you forgive him and do you think he %26amp; you can repair things. Souls mates seldom come around twice in life.
