All right My ex is an awesome girl I still want her back however we tried being friends and I just got used, So about a month a ago I told her to have a nice life and we stopped talking and hanging out because I got tired of being her last resort and being so thougtful to her and doing nice things.. Well our friend is having a Party on newyears eve and she will be there with this guy she just started to date which has my stomach in knots after hearing about it today, What should I do stay home or go there, and if I go there how should i play it because Im in love with this girl and have never had to be around her when she has a guy.....Plus Im going by myself and there wont be any random single women there.Best way to deal with seeing your ex and her new boyfriend at a New years eve party?? Help Girls or guys?
First thing to do would be to try and find another place to party. If you can find somewhere decent then definitely do that. If not, try and quickly find a date, a girl to go with u, or just a girl whos a friend who is willing to accompany you (the more good looking the better). If none of these things are possible, i say just go, dont let her dictate your life, go and even though your stomach is going to feel ripped to shreds, just act like you don't care. Try and have fun with some friends, but act like you don't care.........her stomach is probably going to be in knots too. But remember, any show of affection she shows for him right in front of you is likely being done just to piss u off, so don't give her the satisfaction and just act like you dont care. Good luck bud, its going to be tuff but things will get much better.Best way to deal with seeing your ex and her new boyfriend at a New years eve party?? Help Girls or guys?
I would say try to not go if u have somewhere else u can go. If u start drinking and seeing her wiv another guy will just upset u or make u angry.
If, however, you do go just keep ur distance from her and try and have a good time - but i would advise against going.
Good luck %26amp; hope u have a good new year
