How to deal with the anger when your ex jumps right to another?

My husband dumped me a month ago. He is already sleeping with another woman and planning on going on overnight trips with her. I am soooo angry but I know it just hurts me. How do you deal with the anger?How to deal with the anger when your ex jumps right to another?
You need to realize who are you angry at. Seems the person you are angry at is yourself, think about it. Angry for having put up with him all this time, angry for having loved him, angry for not doing things different to keep this from happening, angry for not being in that girl's shoes.





As you can see, none of these excuses for being angry makes any sense so let go of that anger right now before you become bitter, now, there is a true poison of the soul and you do not want that. You will be the only one contaminated.





Live and forget (its God's job to forgive him, not me) move on proud to be who you are, one of a kind in the history of the world. You will see that once you stop being angry at you, this prince will show up and sweep you off your feet.How to deal with the anger when your ex jumps right to another?
I understand your pain. The best thing you can do is take a kickboxing class! Get out all your anger! If this is not an option, then do things that get your mind off it.





Take up an old hobby. Get some exercise. Go shopping. Get a new haircut and color. Go out with some old friends. Volunteer your time helping others....usually this helps you feel good.





When you focus on yourself and what makes you look and feel better, you become more attractive and confident. In time you will be happy again and when someone comes along, you just might find someone EVEN BETTER than your ex.

the best form of revenge is to live your life to the fullest and try to be as happy as possible. hang out with friends and family, go for a bike ride, take this time and utilize it as YOUR time for YOU. you will figure out how to deal with this. but how hurtful would it be for him to see you at walmart one day happy and doing perfectly fine without him?? lol... i'd say a lot.
Go out and shake that booty girl. My wife left me over a week ago an Im happy. Id jump at a chance to have a real woman love me instead of the misernble excuse that I married.





Its easier for a girl to find a boy than the other wy around.
Try to move on urself.. Not saying just hook up with a random man but look into finding a good man! Forget about ur ex. Yes, the anger and feelings r still there but he has moved on and why sit n get teary eyed all on him? U can have happiness if u just let go....
Hon, he was already sleeping with her BEFORE the dump. Use that anger to burn off any lingering feelings you have for him, he is clearly an asshole.
