you need to find you someone new, that is about the only way to make it less painful. It is over, you need to let go and get on with your life. try to say hello and make the experience as painless as possible, the best thing to do is go out dating again....it's very hard but you can do it! If you see them without interaction...look away....seeing it will only make it harder. it'll get better..good luck!
Okay, here's what I did. I smiled real big and waved. (knowing she asked him who it was) I just made her think well she seems real nice I wonder why he left her. And keep your mind set that you look better than the other person, and that it's her loss and not yours. Hold your head up and don't embarrass yourself wait till you go home to be sad. good luck I know you'll do fine!!!

Take a deep breath, then slowly, let it out. It hurts more than anything you can imagine when it happens for the first time, but I survived, and it didn't kill me. Tell yourself that you are a strong person, and this is not going to kill you. After the first time, it's not nearly as difficult on you, though it still hurts. I even attended the wedding of our daughter, with the other guy there, and lived to talk about it. Now, it's not painful at all. Good Luck! You CAN do this!!
Move on. Ain't no woman worth that, she's gone and if she's got another partner. DEAL WITH IT!. Believe me the next relationship you have will be better then you'd ever imagined.
